Free trial: 30 days from initial access at no charge. Continued access after the trial requires payment of the applicable annual subscription fee ($295, $495, or $1,495 depending on branch count).
License: You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use ExpressHold for your institution's internal Regulation CC compliance purposes only. You may not copy, share, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.
Intellectual property: ExpressHold is the original copyrighted work of Jeff L. Bassill / CU Risk Advisors (U.S. Copyright Reg. No. 1-15189428311). No ownership rights are transferred by this agreement.
No compliance guarantee: ExpressHold is a calculation tool designed to assist with Regulation CC compliance. No guarantee of regulatory compliance is expressed or implied. Your institution is solely responsible for ensuring the tool is appropriate for your operations, including any applicable state law variations.
Limitation of liability: Provider's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Provider is not liable for regulatory penalties, examination findings, or member claims arising from your use of ExpressHold.
